SECOND AUSTRALASIAN CONFERENCE

on

Economics and Politics of War and Peace 

25-26 July 2008 at 

Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.

Department of Economics, Macquarie University

The Conference will deal with the economic and political aspects of the causes and consequences of contemporary conflict, with particular emphasis on measures for peaceful resolution of both intra-state and international wars, disputes and tensions. Although contributions relating to any part of the world will be welcome, the Conference will have a particular focus on Southeast Asia, the Pacific, South Asia and the Middle East.
