SPECIAL APPROVALS (Waivers)

To make application for Special Approval( Waiver), you will need to complete an Application for Special Approval (Waiver Approval, DDA, Third time permission) form.  This form can be collected from the Enquiry Service Level 1, Lincoln Building (C8A) and is also available online from the following link:

Once completed please return form with a copy of your student transcript to E.R.I.C. E4A106.
