Special approval (waiver)
To apply for Special Approval (Waiver), you will need to complete an Application for Special Approval (Waiver Approval, DDA, Third time permission) form. This form can be collected from the Enquiry Service Level 1, Lincoln Building (C8A) and is also available online from the following link:

Once completed please return form with a copy of your student transcript to the Science Centre in E7A 102.
Decisions by the Department Waiver Committee can be viewed here. If you have a genuine question regarding Statistics Department waivers, it may be directed to statwaiver@efs.mq.edu.au .
Note: if you need to enrol in a unit which is NCCW with another unit you already have credit for, eStudent might report a "general error" and refuse to process your enrolment. In that case, please contact eStudent help.
